TENDER NOTICES

PROVISION OF

24-HOUR ON-SITE SECURITY SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) MONTHS FROM MARCH 2025 TO 31ST OF MAY 2025 AT THE UNION MASONIC TEMPLE, IN KIMBERLEY, NORTHERN CAPE.

Notice is hereby given that quotations are invited from suitably qualified and experienced  service providers for provision of 24-hour security services for a
period of three (3) months from March 2025 to 31st May 2025 at the Union Masonic Temple in
Kimberley, Northern Cape.

The completed original quotation documents must be placed in a sealed envelope – clearly stating the Quotation number and the name of service provider.

The sealed quotation must be deposited into the Tender Box situated at the reception area on the ground floor of the South African Heritage Resources Agency, 111 Harrington Street, Cape Town 8001.

The closing time for receipt of quotations is 11:00 on , 28 February 2025

SAHRA reserves the right to withdraw any proposal, invitation and/or to re-advertise or to reject any proposals. SAHRA reserves the right to accept any quotation in full or a part.
